On 17 November 2025, during the 31st Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-31) in Cebu, Philippines, PS4E’s Dr. Gwendolyne Pascua-Morin will serve as moderator for a panel on transforming Earth observation data into actionable knowledge.
Planetary Solutions for Earth (PS4E) is pleased to share that Dr. Gwendolyne Pascua-Morin has been invited to moderate a panel discussion during a side event at the 31st Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-31), taking place on 17 November 2025 in Cebu, Philippines.
The event, organized by the D4D Hub in collaboration with the European Union, ESA, BRIN, GISTDA, and PhilSA, marks the official launch of the SCOPE Digital initiative—a regional platform to strengthen cooperation on Earth observation.
Dr. Pascua-Morin will moderate Panel 2: “From Data to Impact – Harnessing Earth Observation Data for Science, Education, and Services Co-Development,” bringing together experts from academia and research institutions to discuss how Copernicus data can drive innovation, education, and practical applications across Southeast Asia.
